About Jeffrey C. Marty
Jeff Marty currently handles criminal, civil and administrative cases in a variety of courts throughout the State of Florida. He has previously represented employers and insurance companies in workers' compensation claims litigation. He also served as an assistant public defender for Florida's Sixth Judicial Circuit. In all of these areas, Attorney Marty has represented clients at trial and on appeal. He is a Member in Good Standing of the Florida Bar.
Attorney Marty is a graduate of Marquette University Law School, cum laude, and the University of Wisconsin, with distinction. He served as Articles Editor on the Marquette Law Review. During law school, he interned for Judge John L. Coffey, of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the Milwaukee County Public Defender's Office and the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office. Before and during college, he spent eight years working as an assistant for individuals with developmental disabilities.
